This Privacy Policy explains how WINTK collects, uses, and protects information when you visit win-tk.org. WINTK is a platform network in Bangladesh, and win-tk.org is its editorial desk. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: When you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and maintain editorial records where necessary.

Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our server may log standard technical data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and page visit times. This data is used for site security and performance monitoring only.

3. Cookies and analytics

win-tk.org is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you across sessions or across other sites. Our network provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver pages and to block abusive traffic. We do not build or store a profile of you.

4. Advertising

win-tk.org displays no third-party advertising. No advertising network, including Google AdSense, serves ads on this site, and no advertising cookies are set. The homepage links to platforms in the WINTK network; those links are marked as sponsored and are not personalised to you.

5. Third-party services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

6. Data retention

Editorial correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate editorial purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have provided to us by contacting editor@win-tk.org.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is processed, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. Because this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, we hold nothing about you unless you write to us.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request that it be deleted, and to opt out of its sale. WINTK does not sell personal information and has never done so.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Network platform privacy

The WINTK network includes 24 platforms, and each one is operated independently. We do not share your win-tk.org browsing data, contact information, or personal details with WINTK Network member platforms. If you choose to register on a member platform, that platform's own privacy policy applies separately. WINTK Editorial Desk content remains independent of any platform business.
